Gaming is now becoming a passion for a lot of peoples around the world. Gaming has no age restrictions. From small kids to old men all enjoys gaming. Whether you are a PC gamer or a console gamer, you enjoy the most when it comes to gaming.

Before starting anything, first, let me tell you an incident. My friend is also a passionate gamer like me. He was planning to build his own PC for a long time, at last, he finally decides to execute his dream plan. He buys all the components that were latest in the market. His list includes a processor, a heavy GPU, motherboard, Bluray drive, HDD and SDD, Ram and Gaming mouse and keyboard.

These components cost more than his expectation but finally he builds his PC. Since being a hard-core gamer, he bought some powerful games like Crysis 3, Far Cry 4, GTA 5, Battlefield 1 etc. These games are powerful and use the full performance of the GPU, Processor, and RAM.

I was sitting next to him when he was showing off his new computer, everything is working great until he starts to play a game on the ultimate graphic setting. The problem starts to begin when the game starts to load the graphic, the computer got hanged and remains still and unusable.

For certain time, I couldn’t figure out what exactly happened to the PC. So, I open the computer’s cabinet and look for what’s wrong. Nothing seems to look faulty because the computer works perfectly fine except loading games.

After half an hour of checkups, suddenly I look up to the PSU and boom!! I found the PSU is just 400 Watt and failed to supply enough power to the PC.

He was fortunate enough that his PC components were not damaged. So, I suggested him a perfect PSU and next day, he buys that right PSU that provides power which his PC actually needed.

These days every available computer components are very efficient when it comes to consuming power supply, and just because of that, when my friend uses his computer for normal use, all the hardware is running perfect and consuming less electricity. But gaming includes running of all the components at full performance such as using more than 90% usage of RAM, GPU, CPU, Hard Disk etc. which requires the perfect power supply to fulfill all the hardware’s power consumption needs.

So, If you are a passionate gamer and looking to buy a PSU for your gaming PC, then this article is for you because now, I’ll definitely going to help you out and I tell you everything that you’ll need to know and at the end, suggest you a great PSU which you can buy for your computer and run your favorite games on it.

The first love of a gamer is their gaming rig. A typical gaming rig requires a good processor, a good GPU, a good motherboard, sufficient RAMs, storage devices like HDD and SSD, with some gaming keyboard and a mouse.

As you all know, they all are required electricity to work. The whole PC is power up by a single component which is a power supply and without a power supply, you can’t turn on a PC.

Power Supply Unit or in short “PSU” is like a heart to the PC. Like a heart pumps blood to the body, in the same way, PSU supplies power to the whole PC and believe it or not, but as compared to other computer’s hardware, a good Power supply is also really important for a Gaming Computer.
